What is an Initial Disclosure Document?
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is the independent regulator of financial services. The FCA require us to provide you with a document called an ‘Initial Disclosure Document’. This document provides information about us, the products we offer, the services we will provide, what we charge for our services, who regulates us and what to do if you have a complaint.

2. Whose products do we offer?
Redlinetrack is a secondary credit broker not a lender and can introduce you to a lender who may be able to assist you with your vehicle purchase.
We are not an independent financial adviser and do not make recommendations, however we will provide you with information on products which may suit your requirement based on information you disclose, to assist you in making an informed decision on your purchase. We encourage you to look at different finance options that may be available through other sources.
You are not obliged to make any purchase of a finance product. You may obtain free unbiased guidance from the money advice service www.moneyadviceservice.org.uk or your impartial guide to vehicle finance at www.financingyourcar.org.uk
3. Which service we will provide you with?
We will provide you with information to assist with your funding decision on:
– Credit agreements- Hire purchase, PCP.
4. What you will have to pay us for our services?
No Fee
You will receive a quotation which will tell you about the cost of each of the products and any other fees relating to any particular credit agreement.
The Lender may pay a fixed commission to us for introducing you to them, calculated by reference to the vehicle model or amount you borrow. Any such amount the lender pays us will not affect the amount you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set out by the lender.
For your reassurance we are not able to change the interest rate you pay in order to receive more commission from the funder.
5. Understanding our products and documents.
If you have any health issues, difficulty in understanding information or there are any recent life events that could affect your ability to fully understand the information and documentation you are presented with or what your commitments are under the agreement, you should carefully consider the amount of time you require to review the documentation. You should also consider if it is advisable for you to have someone you know help you make your decision. Please advise us accordingly if this is the case and we can then proceed with your requirements in the most appropriate way. You should make sure you have sufficient time to assess the information given to ensure the funding option offered is suitable for you and meets your requirements. You should seek further explanations and ask questions if needed to fully understand the documents you are given.
6. Affordability
You should assess the monthly payments you are required to make throughout the agreement and ensure you are able to meet these obligations and other obligations you already have without suffering undue hardship. If you are aware of any future events that will affect your ability to meet these payments, you should ensure the provider is informed immediately. Your credit rating could be adversely affected if you do not make payments when due which could make it harder or more expensive for you to access finance facilities in the future

9. Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)?
Financial products are not covered by this scheme.
10. Data Protection Act
Redlinetrack is governed by the data protection act (2018) this ensures any information you give us is managed in a secure and confidential manner. This information may be passed to other groups or affiliated members. Without this information Redlinetrack is unable to process your order or enquiry.
Under the data protection act you may apply to have this information restricted or removed at anytime by telling Redlinetrack by phone (01652 679387) or in writing to us.
11. Declaration
I understand and agree that as part of my transaction with Redlinetrack that all or some additional checks, but not limited to, may be conducted. These further checks listed below are carried out by our preferred supplier of these services, in line with the current legislation under the UK GDPR and KYC
(Know Your Client Regulations).
